Spring Safety Valve

The spring loaded safety valve uses spring force to balance medium pressure. When pipeline pressure exceeds the set value, the disc lifts automatically to discharge excess medium and reduce system pressure. When pressure returns to normal, the valve closes automatically. Products are available with full lift and low lift designs. Various materials and sealing options are offered to adapt to different temperature, pressure and medium conditions. Widely used for overpressure protection in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, power and boiler systems.
